I have booked my session. When will I get further instructions?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. 48 hours prior to your session you will get an email with further instructions for the studio.


My client just cancelled on me. What do I do?

We allow cancellations or reschedules up to 48 hours before your session with no penalty! If the cancellation is past the 48 hour window let the studio manager know as soon as possible. We know there are several circumstances that are out of a photographer’s control and we want to be flexible with that. We cannot refund a no-show or last minute notice but we are willing to work with you on a case by case basis if we are given enough notice.


How will I get into the studio?

The day before your session you will receive a text message with information on how to get in the studio. The lock box will be located to the right of the front doors.


Where do my clients park?

They can park in front of the studio. Our parking lot is located in an enjoyable, busy area with parking located around the strip.


Does your studio allow events?

At this time we are hosting small events on a case by case basis depending on availability. We do hope to grow our event hosting in the future! Please reach out to us if you have a specific event to inquire about.


Are pets allowed in the studio?

At this time we do not allow pets, glitter, or fire. Thanks for your understanding!


If I change my mind and want to use the studio wardrobe or the seamless paper when I get to my session, is it too late to add it to my session?

Not at all! Just let the studio manager know and we can get that fee added to your session so you can utilize those while you are there.


My client left something at the studio! What should I do?

Contact our studio manager via text or email and she will check the studio for the lost item. We have a “Lost and Found” at the studio and often times the item is found there.
